We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we may retain some data for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and legitimate business purposes for up to 30 days.
LearnIt is designed for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data during international transfers.

Learnit is operated by Cloudify LLC, 522 W RIVERSIDE AVE STE N, Spokane, WA 99201, United States. Contact support@cloudify.mobi for privacy requests. Learnit is for users aged 13 and older, subject to higher local age or permission requirements. Registration asks users to confirm they are at least 13; it does not verify identity or an exact birth date.
We use Supabase to authenticate accounts and store learning data. When you use Tutor or request generated learning material, prompts, relevant conversation context and files you choose to attach may be processed by OpenAI to provide the requested service. Messages, saved study notes and curriculum changes can be stored in your account. Do not submit sensitive information or material you do not have permission to share. AI output can contain mistakes. Website billing is processed by Stripe; card details are handled by Stripe rather than embedded in the native app.
On the Learnit website, Google Ads measurement is blocked until you choose Allow measurement. Global Privacy Control also keeps it disabled. After consent, Google receives technical information, including browser and network information and advertising click/cookie identifiers, plus new-account events and verified paid Learnit checkout events. Payment events include the actual amount and currency. Our events do not send names, email addresses, learning interests, Tutor chats, raw Supabase account IDs or raw Stripe checkout IDs. Personalized advertising, enhanced conversions and automatic page views are disabled. Open Privacy choices to withdraw; the page reloads without the optional tag. Stored browser cookies can also be cleared in browser settings.
The new mobile release uses Google Analytics for Firebase only after you choose Allow measurement. It measures first app opens, basic app activity and how advertising brings users to Learnit, including aggregate Apple SKAdNetwork attribution. Google receives an app-instance identifier, app/device information, activity and network information; approximate geographic information may be derived from network information. We exclude advertising IDs, Apple vendor IDs and automatic screen names. Our integration does not send account names, emails, learning subjects, Tutor messages or Supabase user IDs to Analytics. Personalized advertising is disabled.
Declining does not limit learning features. In Profile, open Measurement privacy choices to change or withdraw consent. Withdrawal disables future collection and resets local Analytics data. It does not erase information Google has already processed. Consent is stored on the device until changed or app data is cleared. Reports may be delayed, aggregated, modeled or incomplete when people decline measurement; an outbound store click is not treated as an install.
You may request access, correction or deletion through support@cloudify.mobi and use the account-deletion control in Profile. Deleting an account and canceling a subscription are separate actions; review your billing settings as well. Providers may process information outside your country. Google explains its own handling and retention at How Google uses information from sites and apps and Google Privacy Policy. Existing policy provisions continue to apply except where this disclosure specifically clarifies the practices described here.
Native subscriptions. Apple and Google process in-app subscription payments. Learnit receives product and transaction identifiers, purchase tokens, subscription status, and expiry dates to verify purchases, restore access, and apply account limits. We associate purchases with your Learnit account using an Apple app account token or an obfuscated Google account identifier. These verification credentials and purchase tokens are handled on our server and are not used for personalized advertising. Apple and Google retain payment details under their own privacy policies; Learnit does not receive your full card number.
